So it's been yeeeaaarrs since I last made a visit to Potbelly. I remember getting a peanut butter and jelly sandwich from there because someone said it was so good. I assume it was good but nothing to have me going back there. Well I decided to try something different the other day and realized I hadn't been there in a long time so why not. Boy am I glad I did. I may become a regular. I ordered a turkey breast sandwich which consisted of hand sliced turkey breast with melted Swiss cheese toasted and then topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, Italian seasoning and the best hot peppers. I could eat the hot peppers alone they were just that good.
I also ordered a chicken pot pie soup which consisted of roasted chicken breast, veggies with a flaky crumb topping. Wheeew Chile, that soup was good. I topped the meal off with a dream bar which is a chocolatey oatmeal bar with sweet caramel. It doesn't end there, I also grabbed a freshly baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. This might be my new favorite cookie. After my order, the receipt came out with a 20% off coupon for my next order but it had to be made within the next 2 days. Well boys and girls, they got me with that coupon cuz I was back the next day ordering up some more food. I decided to try 2 of there many salads. Hey, my order was 20% off with a free cookie. I felt as though I was winning. The salads I went with were the Farmhouse and the Chicken salad salad. Both salads were pretty good. I will definitely be back. -

This was the rudest manager, whose name is Kim, I have ever spoken with on the phone in my entire life. I called to place a pick up order and the manager asks how she can help me. I say I want to place an order and Kim says "I bet you do". This caught me so off gaurd that I had to pause to the point where she had to ask me if I was still there. Then I tell her that I would like to place a pick up order and she sucks her teeth and sighs and says "why call in, you know there are a million ways to place your order online". Once again I have to pause and wonder if she is serious. She hung up before I could even tell here the name for the order. I was highly upset by this experience and the way I was treated. U you are having a bad day.... As a manager you should not take that out on other people. Maybe if this situation is rectified I will consider coming back since u have been a customer for years, but I don't see any reason to give them my business and hard earned money if that's the way a manager is treating their customers.

What can I say; it is the same concept restaurant. Nothing bad; just nothing much to say if it is a franchise of mainly Sandwiches but it also sells Soup, Smoothies, and Salads.

This is Potbelly's location is the loneliest franchise that I have ever visited. You order is quickly made without a wait. If you want a quiet establishment with very little to no customers, this Potbelly's location is for you. Great customer service.

Really delicious chicken pot pie soup and beef sandwich. Very flavorful and the soup even came with a very buttery flaky pastry crust. 5/5
Salad was meh. "Grilled" chicken had no grill marks, no exceptional flavor. 3/5
